If you are a customer and something has gone wrong, in the first instance please contact your Insurance Advisor for assistance.
If you are the broker/agent and need to contact us on behalf of a customer to make a formal complaint or to provide feedback, please contact email@example.com and we will review your comments swiftly. In some instances we will need to refer or redirect your feedback or complaint to our third party providers or Insurers; if this is the case we will notify you as soon as possible.
In the event that the customer remains dissatisfied with the outcome of a formal complaint the customer may escalate this to the Financial Ombudsman Service. The Financial Ombudsman Service is an independent service in the UK for settling disputes between consumers and businesses providing financial services.
